What is Fing Professional?
Fing Professional is a subscription plan designed for IT consultants, businesses, and managed service providers (MSPs) who need advanced network management tools. It includes features like workspaces for organizing and managing multiple networks from one single dashboard, user management for team collaboration, and supervision tools. Fing Professional is ideal for professionals who require a scalable, efficient solution for managing complex networks and ensuring top-level security, or for small businesses without a dedicated IT department.
What kind of billing cycle do you offer?
You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. A monthly plan offers more flexibility, while a yearly plan provides savings on the total cost. Regardless of the option you select, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I change my billing cycle at any time?
Yes, you can switch your billing cycle between monthly and yearly at any time. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I switch plan from Starter to Premium or vice versa?
Yes, you can switch between plans at any time. The change will take effect immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, whether it’s monthly or yearly. Your membership will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you subscribed to a monthly plan on May 4th and cancel on May 6th, you’ll still have access until June 4th, and your subscription will automatically end on that date.
How much does Fing Starter cost?
The Fing Starter monthly subscription costs $3.99. With a yearly subscription, you save 15%, paying a total of $39.99 for the year, which works out to $3.33 per month.
How much does Fing Premium cost?
The Fing Premium monthly subscription costs $7.99. With a yearly subscription, you save 30%, paying a total of $69.99 for the year, which works out to $5.83 per month. It’s a great value!
How much does Fing Professional cost?
The Fing Professional subscription costs $16.99 per month. If you choose a yearly plan, it’s $149.99, which includes 3 monitoring agents. Additional agents are available for an extra cost.
Is the payment secure?
All payment data is securely transmitted and encrypted directly to our payment processor, Stripe, which is fully authorized and PCISS-compliant. Stripe, with your consent, handles the collection and storage of your credit card information. Fing does not collect or store your bank or credit card details. Depending on your chosen payment method, you may be asked to complete additional verification steps, such as entering a security code, answering security questions, or using multi-factor authentication.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Why was my payment declined?
If your payment is declined, please check that there are sufficient funds in your bank account (or on your prepaid card, if applicable) and ensure that all card details are entered correctly. If the issue persists, it may be due to your card provider not authorizing the transaction due to country restrictions. In that case, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.
